What to expect after placing your order:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.

Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.
The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in-stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.
Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times
After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. This means handling times generally take 2-7 days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery in the contiguous United States. Transit times range from 3-14 days, usually taking less than a week to get delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.
Refusals
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Taking Delivery of Your Product
Saunas & Sauna Kits
These products will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will be delivered on a pallet. These shipments require a delivery appointment, which the last mile carrier will call to schedule with you. Delivery is curbside only, which means that the carrier will not carry the shipment to your door. In some cases, you can a add door-to-door service with the carrier – simply contact them when scheduling and say that you want to add door-to-door service. Door-to-door (also known as white glove) will be an additional charge, so make sure you ask the carrier what they charge for this service.
Due to the size of some of our larger cabin and barrel saunas, they will ship via a flatbed truck and will not fit on a liftgate. This means that you will be responsible for offloading the sauna. We recommend gathering 3-4 people to offload the sauna piece by piece or renting a forklift. Alternatively, you can add a Driver Offload service at checkout if you would like a hands-off offloading experience.

Heaters & Stoves
These products will generally ship to your door, and do not require a delivery appointment, unless your shipment is very heavy (large stoves with a high stone capacity, for example). In this case, the heater or stove will ship LTL – see above. Otherwise, you will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered to your door.

What does the three-point ventilation system do, and is it important?
The Viva 210's three-point ventilation features intake beside the heater, exhaust below benches, and an adjustable drying vent in the upper corner. This engineered airflow system distributes heat evenly throughout the sauna, eliminates cold spots on feet or lower body, prevents stale air and humidity buildup, and maintains optimal temperature-humidity balance. This precise engineering creates the balanced "soft heat" that defines authentic leil steam—gentle yet deeply warming. The adjustable drying vent also helps dry interior surfaces post-session, significantly extending sauna longevity.
What's included in the kit, and what needs to be purchased separately?
The standard Viva 210 kit includes: prefabricated ThermoWood® wall/floor/ceiling modules, thermo-alder benches and backrests, bronze-tempered glass door with black hardware, integrated three-point ventilation system, EPDM roof membrane, assembly hardware, and installation manual. Sold separately: heater (electric or wood-burning), heater controls and electrical installation, LED lighting kits, decorative hexagon DECO panels, sauna accessories. The heater is the primary add-on purchase—budget accordingly and choose based on your heating preferences and the 6.7 m³ steam volume capacity.
What maintenance is required, and how often should I perform it?
The Viva 210 is low-maintenance but benefits from annual care. Externally, apply UV-protective varnish to ThermoWood® to preserve color and protect against sun damage. Internally, treat benches and all wood surfaces with specialized sauna oil or wax to maintain a smooth finish and protect wood integrity. Drain systems (built-in floor drain with slight incline) should be checked periodically to ensure water flows freely. After each session, open the adjustable drying vent to allow fresh air circulation and dry interior surfaces. Regular annual maintenance significantly extends sauna lifespan and keeps it beautiful for decades.
Is the Viva 210 suitable for commercial or rental applications?
The Viva 210 is designed for residential use—ideal for families, couples, small groups, or individuals seeking authentic wellness experiences. If you're considering commercial applications, boutique spa use, vacation rental properties, or high-frequency multi-user settings, warranty terms differ significantly. Contact Leil directly to discuss commercial specifications, appropriate warranty coverage, and whether larger models better suit demanding applications. Commercial use may affect warranty provisions and require different maintenance standards or specifications.

What to expect after placing your order:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.

Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.
The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in-stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.
Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times
After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. This means handling times generally take 2-7 days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery in the contiguous United States. Transit times range from 3-14 days, usually taking less than a week to get delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.
Refusals
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Delivery
Taking Delivery of Your Product
Saunas & Sauna Kits
These products will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will be delivered on a pallet. These shipments require a delivery appointment, which the last mile carrier will call to schedule with you. Delivery is curbside only, which means that the carrier will not carry the shipment to your door. In some cases, you can a add door-to-door service with the carrier – simply contact them when scheduling and say that you want to add door-to-door service. Door-to-door (also known as white glove) will be an additional charge, so make sure you ask the carrier what they charge for this service.
Due to the size of some of our larger cabin and barrel saunas, they will ship via a flatbed truck and will not fit on a liftgate. This means that you will be responsible for offloading the sauna. We recommend gathering 3-4 people to offload the sauna piece by piece or renting a forklift. Alternatively, you can add a Driver Offload service at checkout if you would like a hands-off offloading experience.

Heaters & Stoves
These products will generally ship to your door, and do not require a delivery appointment, unless your shipment is very heavy (large stoves with a high stone capacity, for example). In this case, the heater or stove will ship LTL – see above. Otherwise, you will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered to your door.
Accessories & Small Shipments
These products will ship to your mailbox or to your door. You will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute lowest sauna prices online.
We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is required to be selling it at the same price or higher. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please contact us and we will make sure they are not breaking the MAP policy. If they are not, we can match their price for you! In that case, we can send you a custom discount, or you could simply purchase and we will refund the price difference.
Our Price Match Guarantee has some limitations:
- The item must be of the same brand and model.
- The item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
- You must be able to document the lower price, for example by showing us a a screenshot and a link to the competitor with the lower price.
- If the competitor is charging for shipping, their shipping cost will be included in the calculation of the price match.
- The competitor must be an online-only store, i.e. they can not have a retail location.
