Our most important policy is to make your experience with us enjoyable, easy and straightforward. Please find info regarding our shipping policy below.
What to expect after placing your order
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days from your purchase date, feel free to reach out to us via the chat, contact us page, or email us at sales@selectsaunas.com
Shipping costs
Select Saunas оffеrѕ free shipping on most US orders. Exceptions include:
- Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or any other non-contiguous US addresses* – please contact us for a shipping quote. Always charged at our cost.
- Canada - $899 CAD flat-rate freight. Applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Details
Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the contiguous United States and Canada. We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, and anywhere in the world* (as long as your location is accessible), which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page, and we will connect you with a shipper. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.
If you live outside these places, contact us and we can arrange a shipment to your desired address. All costs, import charges and fees will be charged after you checkout and will be charged at our cost.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.
The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.
Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times
After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. Please note that this applies to in-stock products, and transit times can vary depending on your location.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered.
Upon Receipt of the Package

Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims. -
Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window - Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.
Costs Incurred Due to Consignee Unresponsiveness
We want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery process. However, it's to be noted that we are not liable for any costs incurred as a result of the consignee's unresponsiveness.
If you are unavailable to receive your shipment or fail to provide accurate contact information, any additional costs related to re-delivery, storage, or return of the shipment will not be our responsibility.
We reserve the right to make a decision (re-route, place in storage, etc.) regarding the delivery of your order for you if you are not responsive within 72 hours of our last email, phone call, or other method of contact.
It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure accurate contact details and availability for delivery. Please make sure your contact information is correct, and that you are available to receive your shipment as scheduled.

*Please note that for non-contiguous shipments, our suppliers unable to insure the entire shipment for damage, loss, or theft. While very unlikely, this means that you will have to cover the cost any potential damage that occurs in transit.
