Simple returns & refunds
You get a full 30 days to return your item to us*. Once you have placed your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a full refund.
If you want to initiate a return, let us know by emailing us and we'll let you know the steps to take.
Return shipping charges and restocking fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. We do not offer free returns.

Almost Heaven Saunas:
- Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
Auroom, Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Kohler, Haljas:
- Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.
Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic
- Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Returns are not accepted.
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
The following products are ineligible for returns:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Dundalk Leisurecraft products cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RA#, a shipping label, as well as instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This evaluation is done on a per-order basis and depending on the situation, Select Saunas will replace any broken parts or items, or provide a refund for the cost of the parts or items in the rare case that the manufacturer will not.
If you are not entirely happy with your order, then please contact us and we will work hard to make things right. Exchanges can be arranged.
Step-by-step instructions to getting a refund
Contact us by email and include:
a) Your order number.
b) The reason you are requesting a refund.
c) If there is damage, include clear images of it.
- We'll write back to you within 24 hours and let you know what the next steps are. Since they differ from brand to brand, we will inform you on the steps to take. This is done on a case-by-case basis.
- If your refund request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
