Returns & Refunds

You get a full 30 days to return your shipment to us.* If you are not satisfied once you receive your order you can return the product for a full refund, minus a 5% payment processing fee.

*Exclusions apply – see below.

If you want to initiate a return, let us know by emailing us and we'll let you know the steps to take.

Our original inbound as well as outbound shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that we do not offer free returns. The item must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return.

Almost Heaven Saunas:

  • Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Auroom, Harvia, HUUM, SaunaLife, Kohler, Haljas, Finnmark Designs, KOLO:

  • Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.

Golden Designs, Maxxus, Dynamic Saunas

  • Return for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Dundalk Leisurecraft

  • Returns are not accepted and all sales are final.

Refusals

Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

We value your satisfaction with your purchases from Select Saunas, so to ensure a smooth and fair shopping experience, please be aware of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period: You may cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it, given that the shipment has not yet been crated or dispatched.

After the initial 24-hour period, orders cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply. Please review our return policy for more details on returning items.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.

The following products are ineligible for returns

Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Dundalk Leisurecraft products cannot be returned.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@selectsaunas.com.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This evaluation is done on a per-order basis and depending on the situation, Select Saunas can replace broken parts or items, or provide a refund for the cost of the parts or items in the rare case that the manufacturer will not.

Exchanges

If you are not entirely happy with your order, then please contact us and we will work hard to make things right. Exchanges can be arranged in some cases.

Step-by-step instructions for getting a refund

  1. Contact us by email and include:
    a) Your order number.
    b) The reason you are requesting a refund.
    c) If there is damage, include clear images of it.
  2. We'll write back to you within 24 hours and let you know what the next steps are. Since they differ from brand to brand, we will inform you on the steps to take. This is done on a case-by-case basis. 
  3. If your refund request is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund times

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
