The fully assembled Natura Lounge is a companion module for the Natura outdoor sauna cabin designed with the same look and feel to create a luxurious and spacious sauna suite. The lounge is a place for friends and family to gather, relax, and transition into the sauna, while experiencing a full view of nature through the expansive triple-glazed tempered picture window.
Inside, warm and inviting thermo-aspen is elegantly illuminated by premium-quality indirect LED lighting. A beautiful frameless tempered glass interior door allows bathers to move freely from the sauna to the lounge. Available with left or right door configurations. The exterior is engineered and constructed to withstand severe climate conditions and provides a sense of safety to aid in relaxation. Natura Sauna Cabin is sold separately. What to expect after placing your order:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days from your purchase date, feel free to reach out to us via the chat, contact us page, or email us at sales@selectsaunas.com

Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.
The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in-stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.
Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times
After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. This means handling times generally take 2-7 days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery in the contiguous United States. Transit times range from 3-14 days, usually taking less than a week to get delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.
Refusals
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Taking Delivery of Your Product
Saunas & Sauna Kits
These products will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will be delivered on a pallet. These shipments require a delivery appointment, which the last mile carrier will call to schedule with you. Delivery is curbside only, which means that the carrier will not carry the shipment to your door. You can add door-to-door service with the carrier – simply contact them when scheduling and say that you want to add door-to-door service. Door-to-door will be an additional charge, so make sure you ask the carrier what they charge for this service.
Here's what taking delivery of your sauna kit can look like:
Heaters & Stoves
These products will generally ship to your door, and do not require a delivery appointment, unless your shipment is very heavy (large stoves with a high stone capacity, for example). In this case, the heater or stove will ship LTL – see above. Otherwise, you will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered to your door.
Accessories & Small Shipments
These products will ship to your mailbox or to your door. You will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered.
Found a lower price? We'll match it!
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute lowest sauna prices online.
We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines for all of our competitors. This means that everyone else selling the same product online is required to be selling it at the same price or higher. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us, please contact us and we will make sure they are not breaking the MAP policy. If they are not, we can match their price for you! Nice sauna so far, delivery was smooth and installation was fairly easy. Only needed a second person to hold up the door while attaching a second wall. Sauna itself works well and will get to 120 F in about 15-20 minutes or so. Would be a tight fit for two American sized individuals but wasn't planning for two people anyway. Overall good purchase providing it lasts a while.

These stones are very different than the original ones I got with the Huum sauna heter. They are much smaller and greater, and a different material. They work fine for me as fillers between the larger original whiter ones, but look less stylish so I am happy I still have plenty of the older one

Great sauna at a bargain
The Dynamic Saunas Barcelona Elite 1-2-Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna is packed full of features like dual speakers (bluetooth or wired input), chromotherapy lighting, 6 heating panels, cup holder. I put this together by myself in under 1 hr. The unboxing and disposing of the packing material takes longer than the assembly. The sauna does take some time (~20-30 min) to get up to temperature, but I get a quick workout in while I am waiting. Can't comment on longevity, but I am extremely satisfied with my choice.

I purchased the 4 Person Sauna and We upgraded the heater to the 8Kw. It gets up to about 180 degrees nice and hot. It was not too hard to put together and it went smoothly with the right tools. This sauna is awesome and 100% recommend!
