Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. warrants our outdoor showers against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of five (5) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the outdoor shower, (eg. plumbing, cleaning, or staining the shower) refer to your outdoor shower assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts-only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 5-year warranty.

Outdoor Shower FAQs
Can I stain or paint the outdoor shower?
You can stain or paint the outdoor shower before or after assembly if you prefer, however staining or painting is not required, and it will grey off naturally if you do not put a cost on it.
How does the plumbing work?
The Showers come with your choice of plumbing system, the Premium has hot and cold water and has ½” NPT fitting for you to connect. The Economy is cold water only and can also be connected with NPT or you can order our garden hose connector so it is ready to hook up.
Can the shower be outside in freezing temperatures?
You must drain the shower completely if you leave it outside in the winter or freezing temperatures, the smaller units can be stored inside or just removing the hardware itself and store inside is also a good idea. If you leave water in the shower and it freezes it can damage the plumbing and is not covered under warranty.
What do I need for Assembly?
The Outdoor showers are all pre-fabricated so you do not need to cut any wood, assembled with 2 people is less than 4 hours on the larger models and less than 1 hour on the smaller models. (Not including plumbing time).

What to expect after placing your order:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.

Where We Ship
We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.
Shipping Timeline
Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.
The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in-stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.
Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times
After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. This means handling times generally take 2-7 days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery in the contiguous United States. Transit times range from 3-14 days, usually taking less than a week to get delivered.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.
Upon Receipt of Package
1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.
2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window
3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at sales@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.
Refusals
Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Taking Delivery of Your Product
Saunas & Sauna Kits
These products will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will be delivered on a pallet. These shipments require a delivery appointment, which the last mile carrier will call to schedule with you. Delivery is curbside only, which means that the carrier will not carry the shipment to your door. You can add door-to-door service with the carrier – simply contact them when scheduling and say that you want to add door-to-door service. Door-to-door will be an additional charge, so make sure you ask the carrier what they charge for this service.

Heaters & Stoves
These products will generally ship to your door, and do not require a delivery appointment, unless your shipment is very heavy (large stoves with a high stone capacity, for example). In this case, the heater or stove will ship LTL – see above. Otherwise, you will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered to your door.
Accessories & Small Shipments
These products will ship to your mailbox or to your door. You will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute lowest sauna prices online.
We work with our suppliers to ensure that they set Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) guidelines for all of our competitors.
