The HUUM Cliff is a slim electric sauna heater with remarkably small safety distances, which makes it perfect for saunas with limited spaces. Thanks to its well-optimized structure, the safety distances from the walls are brought down to 2.36" (6 cm) for the 6 kW heater and 9.45" (24 cm) for the 9 kW and 10.5 kW heaters.

The WiFi compatible HUUM Cliff 9 kW free stading sauna heater is designed for home sauna rooms from 353 to 600 cubic feet. The HUUM Cliff 9 kw sauna heater’s large stone capacity creates a consistent, soft heat for a superior sauna experience that can be wet or dry in use. The sauna unit is crafted of durable stainless-steel and features industrial-grade stainless steel heating elements and can hold up to 165 pounds of sauna stones. The unit is engineered so that the sauna stones are in direct contact with the heating elements for more efficient heat transference.

HUUM sauna heaters are precision-crafted in Estonia to provide years of dependable, efficient operation. All HUUM heaters come with a limited 5-year warranty and is fully serviceable. Choose from their standard UKU Digital Wall Control, or upgrade to the popular UKU WiFi Control options.

The organic and minimalist design of the Cliff 9 kW heater takes up very little space and makes a statement piece of your sauna. For controls, choose from HUUM UKU units (Local, Wi-Fi, or Glass). With a touch of dial and a range of sensors, you can easily control many aspects of your sauna experience, including temperature, steam, and lighting. Local comes in different colored plastic cases as well as a wood option made of thermo-treated ash. When you opt for UKU WiFi, you add in control of your sauna by a smartphone app, allowing you to put the sauna to work while being far from home. UKU Glass is elegant glass with integrated WiFi.

Sauna Stones

Stones aren't included, so we highly recommend adding them – unless you already have your own dedicated sauna stones. These stones available for selection are rounded and will complement your HUUM heater's design, as well as give a milder steam. In our selection, we have rounded olivine diabase stones, 3-5 cm. The stones are durable and have high heat capacity. You can also use other types of stones in HUUM heaters, except decorative stones because they can break easily.

What to expect after placing your order:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order. We'll confirm with suppliers if your ordered item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most prefabricated saunas and accessories will be ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas will take longer (see Shipping Timeline below).

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be on its way (unless it is a custom sauna as mentioned above). We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.

Where We Ship

We currently ship everywhere in the continental United States. We can also ship to Alaska and Hawaii which will incur an extra cost – to get a quote for your order, contact us directly at info@selectsaunas.com or via our chat or contact page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally yet. If for some reason you are unsure whether we can ship to you, please contact us and we will let you know.

*PLEASE NOTE* If you require special services outside our standard delivery (such as an inaccessible drop-off address) you may be charged a “difficult delivery fee” as a result. If you have questions about your delivery address, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to chat about it.

Shipping Timeline

Due to the custom nature of some of our saunas, some will take at least 6-8 weeks before they are ready to ship, and this may be extended if the sauna is particularly specialized or customized.

The exceptions to the rule are sauna accessories and prefabricated saunas (such as infrared, for example), If they are in-stock they should be delivered within 14 business days after payment is processed.

Handling, Transit & Cutoff Times

After you place your order, we will process it, confirm stock levels, confirm your shipping address, and get your order ready to be shipped. This means handling times generally take 2-7 days, with orders placed before 2:00 PM. We use FedEx, USPS, and UPS for delivery in the contiguous United States. Transit times range from 3-14 days, usually taking less than a week to get delivered.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through the supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.

Upon Receipt of Package

1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims.

2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 48 hours by emailing directly at info@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window

3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at info@selectsaunas.com or via our contact us page.

Refusals

Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.

Taking Delivery of Your Product

Saunas & Sauna Kits

These products will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and will be delivered on a pallet. These shipments require a delivery appointment, which the last mile carrier will call to schedule with you. Delivery is curbside only, which means that the carrier will not carry the shipment to your door. You can add door-to-door service with the carrier – simply contact them when scheduling and say that you want to add door-to-door service. Door-to-door will be an additional charge, so make sure you ask the carrier what they charge for this service.

Here's what taking delivery of your sauna kit can look like:

Heaters & Stoves

These products will generally ship to your door, and do not require a delivery appointment, unless your shipment is very heavy (large stoves with a high stone capacity, for example). In this case, the heater or stove will ship LTL – see above. Otherwise, you will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered to your door.

Accessories & Small Shipments

These products will ship to your mailbox or to your door. You will be notified by the carrier via text message when your order has been delivered.

Excellent purchase!

This sauna was an excellent purchase. We have known about the benefits of a sauna for a while and decided that we wanted to have one available to us in our home. We shopped around and finally decided to buy this 1-2 person sauna. We wanted a smaller sauna because our goal is really to get as much heat as possible in our sauna. We figured a smaller sauna space would heat up more quickly and could hold heat easier. Shipping took a bit longer than we expected, but once we got the sauna, we prepped our space and started setting it up. It is a straightforward process for set-up. Definitely need two people. The only issue was that the sauna was a bit out of square and it took a lot of work to get the door to line up. Eventually, with a bit of pounding from a rubber mallet, it slipped into place. We plugged it in and it worked beautifully! Our family has been taking turns in the sauna nightly. We crank up the heat and can easily get it to register 148-151 degrees. It does take about 45 minutes to get the heat up, but we do have this located in a semi-heated garage. If it was located inside our house, it might warm up faster. We intent to add some small tweaks to insulate and possibly add another heater at some point. This has been one of our family's best purchases! We love it!

So far, it’s great

Love the product. Heats relatively fast and evenly. Seats two average sized adults fine. Despite working on a 15 amp breaker I upgraded to a 20 amp. My electrician said that 15 amp is pushing it for this product. In hindsight , knowing that I was needed to upgrade the 20 amp anyway, I may have gone one size larger (3 person).

Beautiful, enjoyable sauna

We absolutely love our Almost Heaven Audra 2-4 Person Canopy Barrel Sauna from Select Saunas. My husband was able to build and install it himself. We love the look and design of the sauna, and have enjoyed it nightly since we got it. We have only had 2 adults in it so far, and that is a very comfortable fit. Sauna Problems

Heater instructions are insufficient. The heater wall shield was shipped inside the Heater, not noted in the instructions making it difficult to find and 2 copper jumpers are missing. This whole process of shipping, missing parts, and poor instructions made this a
very frustrating experience. 19 days and it's still not working. I will be calling tomorrow to get 2 new jumper cables sent. I am still debating whether to write a review this online.
